Deal Overview

FibreLoop has developed a proprietary enzymatic process that separates blended textiles (cotton-polyester mixes) into pure fiber streams for re-spinning into new yarn. The fashion industry generates 92 million tons of textile waste annually, with less than 1% recycled back into clothing-grade fiber. FibreLoop's process works on post-consumer garments regardless of dye, finish, or blend ratio, achieving 88% fiber recovery. The Series B will fund a 30,000 MT/year facility in Portugal and a second line in Vietnam.

Key Highlights
