AgriCycle operates mobile pyrolysis units that convert crop residues, orchard prunings, and other agricultural waste into high-value biochar—a stable carbon soil amendment that improves soil health, retains water, and sequesters carbon for 1,000+ years. Farmers currently burn 500M+ tons of crop residue annually, creating massive air pollution. AgriCycle pays farmers for their waste, processes it on-site, and sells premium biochar and carbon removal credits. Their units process 10 tons/day and generate revenue from three streams: tipping fees, biochar sales, and carbon credits.
